How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for AI-powered training plan generation, workout tracking, and progress visualization within this application.

Under the LGPD (Art. 18), you have the following rights regarding your personal data: (a) Right of access — you may request confirmation of and access to your personal data; (b) Right to correction — you may request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; (c) Right to anonymization, blocking, or deletion — you may request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; (d) Right to data portability — you may request portability of your data to another service provider; (e) Right to information about sharing — you may request information about third parties with whom your data is shared; (f) Right to revoke consent — you may revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed prior to revocation; (g) Right to file a complaint — you may file a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados). Third-Party Services
To provide our service, we share data with the following categories of third-party providers: hosting provider (servers located in the USA), database provider (data storage), AI service provider (receives your training profile and workout completeness ratings for plan generation — no detailed activity data is shared), and authentication provider (Google sign-in). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect your information.
International Data Transfer
Your data may be processed on servers located outside Brazil, primarily in the United States. These transfers are carried out in compliance with LGPD (Art. 33) and are based on your explicit consent and on the fact that our service providers maintain security standards and data protection practices compatible with Brazilian data protection law.
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential session cookies for authentication and maintaining your login state. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and do not require separate consent. We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics to help us improve the service. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension or adjusting your browser settings.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Training plans, profile information, and workout history are stored for the lifetime of your account.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time directly from the app — go to Profile → Danger zone → Delete account, or visit the public deletion page at /account-deletion for step-by-step instructions. Deletion is immediate and permanently removes all your data including training plans, profile, and workout history.
Minors
Readi is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not use this service without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
